Personal training

Personal training: 100% personalized sessions adapted to your physical condition and goals, led by a health and sports science professional.


Training in small groups:

Groups of strength, mobility, functionality, motor control... health.


Always advocating personalization, the groups are of a maximum of 5 people, so that the necessary adaptations can be made so that in each session you get the most out of it and can improve your quality of life and your health.

Rehabilitation

We focus on injury prevention and recovery, using advanced techniques and an integrated approach to rehabilitation. Our goal is to help you regain your mobility and strength, as well as prevent future injuries.


Based on a physiotherapy assessment and, if necessary, specialized medical professionals, we work on a rehabilitation plan through individual sessions.


Our team of health professionals includes professionals in physical therapy, rehabilitation, personal training and nutrition. We work hand in hand to offer you a comprehensive and personalized experience.

*All personal training and rehabilitation subscriptions include 2 hours of Open Studio per week

*Monthly subscriptions are paid at the beginning of the month and expire in 30 days.
